The containers are equipped with:
- Tipping doors on each compartment
- Independent side-operated unlocking / opening system
- 2 rollers with bushes and grease nipple lubrication, Ø168 × 250 mm, configuration subject to project verification
- Floor and front wall made from 3 mm steel sheet, primed and painted
- Side walls and doors: 2 mm galvanised sheet; roof: 1.5 mm galvanised sheet.
- Running rails and container chassis made from INP 180 sections, S275JR.
- Hook height: 1570 mm; forged Ø50 hook with quality certificate
- The permissible load and applicable requirements are determined by the design and documentation of the ordered configuration.
Separate collection and conditions of use
Compartmentalisation is intended to support separate collection and unloading of waste fractions. Markings, equipment and operating arrangements are specified for the project.
The example described has a footprint of approximately 17 m². Dimensions, handling access, siting and required capacity are checked for the configuration and place of use; it is not automatically suitable for every location.
The construction and access controls are intended to limit contact with waste. Risks to people and animals and protective measures are assessed under actual conditions of use.
Durability depends on configuration, use and maintenance. Access control is not a guarantee against vandalism, destruction or theft.
Requirements to verify for the project
- Compliance with applicable environmental and health requirements is checked for the ordered product, site and operation; this presentation is not a general certification.
- Operator identification, waste-fraction markings and compartment colours are specified according to the requirements applicable to the project.
